We primarily send our orders with Aramex & Australia Post. You’ll be given the option to select a faster delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns and re-ship fees apply should your order need to be re-shipped due to innacurate or incomplete shipping details being provided during checkout.
What are my shipping options?
Shipping options vary according to the size and weight of your order but we will always provide a free tracked shipping option for your order.
- Items under 20kg (anything except for XL beds) can be shipped by Aramex, Australia Post or TNT.
- Items over 20kg (XL beds) can only be shipped by Aramex or TNT.
How long does delivery take?
We ship orders daily from our warehouse in Tweed Heads South NSW, so if your order before 12pm Sydney time, it will ship on the same day regardless of what shipping method you have chosen in checkout.
Delivery times will vary by courier and depending on the time of the year. We are confident in the below estimates at this time:
- Aramex: 7-15 Days
- Australia Post: 5-14 Days
- Australia Post Express: 2-7 Days
- Courier: 1-7 Days
How do I track my order?
- After we receive your payment and have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your shipping number and a link to track your order via your respective carrier.
- Alternatively, you can log in to your account, view your order and its tracking number.
- If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we always provide a free shipping option. The service used will be the cheapest available option to us.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
Yes, we require signature on delivery. However, some services such as Australia Post may allow you to provide an authority to leave once you have received your tracking details.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will start from $99.95 per bed, and will be added at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Unopened and unused beds can be returned within seven days of delivery; however, opened beds (with a cut vacuum seal), cannot be exchanged or refunded due to compression restrictions and hygiene laws. It is recommended to open the package carefully and unroll the vacuum-sealed bed to verify the size prior to cutting open the seal. If you realise you have ordered the wrong size, roll it back up and return it within seven days to exchange sizes.
Do you have free returns?
No, the customer will pay for any returned items due to change of mind or incorrect size ordered.
If we have shipped the incorrect products, we will arrange and pay for the return and correct items to be shipped out as soon as possible.
