What kind of shipping do you use?
We send all of our orders via Australia Post to ensure the most prompt delivery of your order anywhere in Australia. All parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
What are my shipping options?
The below shipping options are available; all of which require a signature on delivery.
AusPost eParcel Registered (3-10 days) - FREE
New Zealand: AusPost eParcel Registered (7-14 days) - $50.00
US and Canada: AusPost eParcel Registered (7-14 days) - $100
UK, Italy, Germany, France and Spain: AusPost eParcel Registered (7-14 days) - $100
Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and China: AusPost eParcel Registered (7-14 days) - $100

How long does delivery take?
We understand you’re so excited to receive your Pawpedic products, which is why we are committed to dispatching all orders and provide tracking within 24 hours of payment being received. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option, however is usually from 3-10 business days from the date of payment for Australian orders, and 7-14 days for International orders.
If there is likely to be any delay with your order, we will inform you immediately.
Please note that if you have not received your parcel within the transit time estimate (as provided by Australia Post) please contact us via phone, email or livechat to have the issue escalated and investigated by our logistics team.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
For privacy reasons and proof of delivery, we require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home to sign for your parcel, it will be taken to your closest Australia Post Office. A postcard will be left for you, letting you know where to pick up your parcel from. You can see the status/location of your order with the tracking details provided via email.
How do I track my order?
You can check the status and location of your order with the tracking details provided via email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Has my order been shipped yet?
We’ll send you an email when we have dispatched your order, but you can also log in to your account and check your order’s status.
I haven’t received my order yet, where is it?
Please keep in mind that deliveries can be delayed in the post around the busy trading days of the year. Please check the status of your order on the Australia Post website using your tracking details provided via email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us directly via phone, email or LiveChat.
Do you ship internationally?
Pawpedics ships nationwide across Australia. We also export internationally to all countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us directly to arrange a shipment option for you. International Shipping requires a signature upon delivery. Please note that any international customs fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer under all circumstances.
I entered the incorrect delivery address for my order. Can I change it?
When you enter your delivery address in checkout, ensure it is correct as we cannot change it once your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately if your address is incorrect via phone, email or LiveChat.
Once your order is shipped, we will have to redirect your order back to us and re-ship it; delaying the delivery time. Parcels which are returned to us as undelivered will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid on the original dispatch are not refundable under any circumstances.
I have ordered a Pre-Sale product with other products in the same order. Will they be shipped separately?
If you combine a pre-sale product with any other products in the same order, it is assumed that you are willing to wait for them to be shipped together. If you wish to receive the other product/s separately, please get in contact with customer care, so that you we arrange a separate payment of shipping for us to post your order separately.
