Unopened and unused beds can be returned within seven days of delivery; however, opened beds (with a cut vacuum seal), cannot be exchanged or refunded due to compression restrictions and hygiene laws. It is recommended to open the package carefully and unroll the vacuum-sealed bed to verify the size, then roll it back up and return it within seven days for a full refund or exchange.
